Special care should be taken when sharing the road with semi-trucks. These drivers are professional and are for the most part exceptionally talented at what they do. Most of the accidents involving large trucking vehicles are either because the vehicles around them are not giving them their proper space and consideration, or because the truck driver is either doing something he shouldn’t or is driving under adverse conditions that he shouldn’t be subjecting himself to. Truck drivers are extremely capable, but other vehicles need to cut them some slack.
